Additional information: Children age 4 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. The most important museums such as the Rijks, Van Gogh and the Museum of Modern Art are at a 5 minute walk. De Looier is located right in the city centre of Amsterdam, in the popular area known as the Jordaan. For our business visitor we have fax, telex, courier service and much more. Anna Frank House is a 10 minute walk. All rooms come with private showers and toilet, direct phone and colour cable TV with free movies 24 hours per day. Children age 5-11 receive a 50 pct reduction. Our hotel was originally constructed as a diamond factory in 1886 and was turned into a 3 star hotel in 2001. The hotel is situated on a Tranquil street at only a 5 minute walk from the main entertainment area of Leidseplein, where you will find rock in roll out cafe, hundreds of restaurants, bars, discos, blsck coffee magazine, the casino and much more.
