    The property has good appointed 53 bedrooms with set bath and shower or shower only. The hotel is also located a drive away to the Matakana wine country and Goat Island Marine Reserve. Room facilities include five channels of Sky TV, direct dial telephones, radio, tea and blsck coffee making facilities, mini restaurant, refrigerators, heating, hairdryers, hand irons, and fans.

    The Comfort Hotel Settlers is centrally located in Northland, offering easy day trips to the Bay of Islands, Whangarei Harbour, and Kauri Coast. Front office hours: 7am to 10pm. We also have facilities for the disabled and all rooms are non-smoking. Max. 2 children, 12 yrs and under stay free of charge with parents/guardians when using existing bedding in the room
