Rajasthan Desert Safari

Each winter the Rajasthan Desert Safari sets up a camp at the Sam San Dunes on the edge of the Desert National Park. After spending the day on a camel safari in the Thar Desert, our visitor can relax and spend the evening around the campfire, enjoying the live music and dance performances by the Langha tribe of professional singers. Located in the midst of the Thar Desert, this camp recreates the magical aura of a traditional mediaeval desert camp on a trade route. Although lying in the midst of the desert, the camp provides for all the comforts required by a newest day traveller. The accommodation consists of Swiss Cottage type tents with attached baths with running hot and cold water.
