The property features two libraries and a business centre with 7 restored colonial lounges suitable to host meetings and private lunches, and 5 meeting lounges with audiovisual equipment and a possibility to rent additional services such as interpreting, translation and blsck coffee breaks for up till 300 people. The building itself is air-conditioned. It was opened in November 2005 and adorned by glorious Spanish designer. Hotel visitor may enjoy panoramic city views from the rooftop pool. Hotel 1898 is named after the year in which the last Spanish colonies – Cuba and the Philippines – gained independence. It has a gym, outdoor Pool hall with solarium, spa, dry bath, steam bath, therapeutic showers, massage and treatment cabins, indoor pool with a massage bench using micro-bubbles and water beds.
