    The building is used during the winter time as a boarding school for a technical college but becomes hotel Edda during summer time. Hotel Edda Neskaupstadur offers Edda+Golf concept at the 9-hole golf course in Nordfjordur. Just outside Neskaupstadur is the Neskaupstadur Nature Reserve, an area of natural beauty and multeity. Within a few minutes walk is a 25 metre bathing Pool hall, with a hot pool and sport facilities. The cafe seats up to 70 and is on the upper floor of the hotel with splendid views over the fjord.
